Our Process

1. Pre-Design & Data Collection: Preliminary Studies 

Contractor shall collect relevant data and ascertain in conjunction with the owner as necessary during the site visit and the initial meeting with the owner. 

The Kickoff of the projects is after receiving the below documents from the client/owner: 

As built drawings for the existing structure. 

Design Brief including all requirements for the project. 

Description of the preferred design theme/style. 

Available data regarding site survey. 

Identification of all necessary service authority requirements, approvals, permits. 

Local codes, regulations, and ministerial approvals. 

Other design constraints. 

2. Concept Design (Mood board & Furniture Layout Options) 

Upon the brief provided from client with all requirements and recommendations of client along with the existing data and preliminary space requirements. Contractor shall review this data and develop a presentation for approval by client. 

Client shall provide a full soft copy from the project assigned, if it is not provided a time will be calculated for a site survey visit and architecture drawings copy. 

Set an appointment for feedback and presentation. 

The Presentation list:

Preferable materials questionnaire. 

As-built architecture plans. 

Conceptual mood board. - Overall style theme. 

Color scheme. 

Walls clads & treatment. 

Ceiling treatment. 

Lighting treatment. 

Flooring treatment. 

Furniture & soft furnishings moods. 

Proposed materials. 

Modified Architectural layout proposals. 

3 Schematic Design (3D & 2D Presentation) 

We shall proceed to prepare the schematic design presentation for client review and comments, upon the presentation of the design concept stage. 

We will consider the mechanical, electrical, sound, lighting, fire & emergency engineering schematics for compatibility with the interior design intent. 

4 Design Development & Construction Drawings 

We shall prepare the construction drawings components for client review and comments. 

We will proceed with the detailed planning for this stage and incorporate all changes and documents requested by client.

3D render each room minimum of 3 shots. 

Furniture final layouts. 

Reflected ceiling layout 

Flooring Finishing layout
